BRAND IDENTITY / BRAND LOGO GROUP DESIGN
MULTICOM is an online company that distributes movies of various styles and genres. They display films of all periods and place them in specific categories (e.g. ThrillGore, FactFiction, Streetz TV, etc.).
They handed me the task of creating several logos/icons to represent the different genres that they would have on their site. Sometimes the best way to come up with a good idea, is to come up with a lot of ideas. So, we did!
We tried a lot of things, including 3D. After a few brainstorm sessions we came with the idea of using tv screens with props as antennas; the props representing elements from the individual genres. This worked out well and MULTICOM was pleased and ready to proceed.
This project was a lot of fun because it allowed me to stretch and think outside of the norm. I was able to play with, and use all the different fonts in my font arsenal. Thanks MULTICOM and I look forward to working with you again.
